科研领域及成果

1. 研究领域

      (1)主要从事分子免疫生物学,致力于探索B淋巴细胞中抗体生成的分子调控机制,尤其关注到G1早期这个时间窗口。探索AID蛋白在G1早期这一短暂时间窗口中诱导抗体基因突变,从而导致类别转换重组(class switch recombination)和体细胞高频突变(somatic hypermutation)的分子机制。

      (2)研究针对不同病原体或疫苗的人体抗体免疫应答反应。主要通过招募志愿者、分离血液中单个B细胞、从单个B细胞中克隆全天然人源抗体的技术手段,来研究针对乙肝病毒(hepatitis B virus,HBV)、新冠病毒(SARS-CoV-2)以及寨卡病毒(Zika virus)等病原体的抗体应答反应;致力于筛选克隆具有较高中和效力的广谱中和抗体(broadly neutralizing antibody),并探索利用单克隆抗体预防及治疗传染性疾病的临床新策略。
